That's the RBP (Rolling Big Power) truck, probably sponsored by them. It was on their website, and still may be on there. I'm guessing the Criagslist ad is fake, based on the truck and price (obviously).

Yep, it was listed in Wisconsin a few months back. Some people need to find a hobby.
