What do you all think is a fair price to charge for one of these? Take in to account a $15 USB cord and $10 in bondo and the plastic iPod holder(don't know the actual name). Thanks!

Okay so 15 for the cord, 10 for the bondo, with about 2 hours worth of work. I'd think $50-75 is reasonable. If you wanted to go higher you could because it's a custom product and normal ipod cord additions cost about $100 from what i've seen and they have to be ran to a discreet area.

Those look like they are for cup holders. That doesn't give you a very clean, slick look. That's the whole reason I put it in the ash tray.

If you search around a bit they also have ones for the ashtray as well but no worries. Its an option not a personal recommendation though my boss has one in his 04 which looks perfect.
