Question Any Ideas?

As you can see in the picture, I have to fix this or get a whole new bumper...which I plan on doing in the future. I want one with the fog light inserts, but for right now, is there any suggestions on how to fix this one? Thanks. By the way...I can thank my wife for this!

Here's an old trick, get a plunger and pull it out Lol, do plan on buying tools or do you got tools cause I'm thinking of one trick that you can use with a hammer real cheap, go to home depot or somewhere that sells steel and hand bent it but take the bumper off and get a round edge hammer and put the bent steel on the outside then use the hammer and hit the inside, that's how I did it with my front bumper but if you can't hand bent it then use a vice or something to hold it and hit it with a rubber hammer so you want dent the steel but just get it round enough to fit and that should work real well but you might half to fix the chrome or touch up

I also know a place that you could touch up you paint right there above the bumper, if need help then what's your color code on your vin, or use the Vin Decode on this forum and it should tell you your color code like how mines medium Wedgewood Blue

I kind of mixed up, here's a list if you plan on using my steel technique:
- Take Bumper Off
- Bend Steel
- Place Steel on The Outside
- Hammer The inside
- Polish
