Any advice?
Hi Guys. I'm new to the forum, so thanks for having me...
I drive a 2004 f150 4.6L XLT SCREW 2WD. Right now the truck is at stock height with 285/50/20 tires on 20" after market rims (not sure of the backspacing or offset, since they were on it when I bought it).
I want to level the truck by installing Bilstein's 5100 height adjustable shocks (I'll most likely replace the rears at the same time while I'm at it). Then I want to switch to the 17x9 XD Addict (-12mm offset, 4.53" backspace) with 295/70/17 Nitto Trail Grapplers. Id rather not have to trim, but will if totally necessary.
Anyone running anything similar? Will this set-up work on my 2WD truck? Any advice, and or pictures would be great, and very much appreciated. Thanks in advance...
