Default any 5.4 gas mileage help??

My 2005 f150 4x4 crew cab gets about 12.5 mpg right now. I have a 3 inch front end lift, 18 inch moto metals and 275 procomps (going to upgrade to 35s when the procomps wear out, bought them before I lifted the front end..), true duals only two cats and magnaflow mufflers, drop in K&N air filter and a edge evolution cs programmer (set on level one which is transmission). Any suggestions on how to improve my mpg? I am constantly pulling trailers between pulling fuel tanks or just trailers with scrap metal but before I programmed it I was getting 13-13.6. I had a older edge evolution and got 16.5? I know I drive a truck and my future 35s will only make my mileage worse I'm not looking to get 30 mpg just the 14s and up would be nice. Would a cold air intake help or setting the programmer to a different level. Any advice would be appreciated!!

I find my upgrades help out only when i am hauling or pulling trailers, it stays in the 14's on the highway, but that is what i get empty in town driving. I don't find any drop with my edge on l2, it might even help because i am assuming you are burning most of your fuel starting off, have you tried the different settings?

It will give more power and torque and firm up the trans a bit more too, you might find it get a little better with the extra power

Given your driving conditions I'd say that's pretty damn good. 35s won't help lol

I'm driving mainly back country roads 60-65 everywhere. I pulled 900 pounds of scrap earlier I'm not sure of my gas mileage and when I'm pulling a fuel tank it's about 30+ gallons, going all over the world. I was wondering if there was any ways to improve it.
