Default another wheel/tire question

I have a 07 f150 reg cab 2wd and getting a 2 or 2.5" level for the truck.

Im going to be getting discount tires MB tko 18" wheels. The description has "25mtb" after...im assuming this is offset of +25???

1) My understanding is the higher +offset the more the tires are tucked in, and -offset they are pushed out? Correct?

2) I want a 33" tire and many are running 275/70r18. From what I have gathered, this combo will fit my truck correct? No problems with the control arm or other rubbing? If i get this size, ill go with Nitto terra grapplers.

3) I love the look of tires sticking out an inch or so from the fenders. Could I fit a 305/65r18 on the MB wheels and have it fit fine on my truck with 2-2.5" level with no rub? If i went this size, id get falken rocky mountain ats bc they look aggressive enough (from pictures), and are only $230/tire.

lets here some opinions and thoughts

THANKS

1) yes, basically.

2) that tire is the stock size I believe? At least on my 04 lariat it is.

3) I believe you can stick those tires on your new wheels. How wide are the wheels you're looking at?

Idk the answer to your rubbing question you're gonna have to wait to find someone who does!
