I definitely wouldn't put a no name aftermarket alternator in my truck.

83 sold, and the seller has 99.8% positive feedback. There is also a phone number to call on the listing. This all points to a good product and seller.
A new TYC or Remy on Rockauto is $100-$110 + $8 shipping.
A Motorcraft is about $300
Brand name means less and less now-a-days.
My Jeep Cherokee alternator is similarly priced ($100), while buying other parts I noticed RockAuto had a close-out, store re-branded, 2 month warranty special one for $40 (at the time mine was making noise). It has been in my Jeep for about 3 years with a snow plow, zero problems.
