Looking for a helper bag setup for a truck with a flip kit

Is the 59210 Air lift about the only one that will work or is there another

Can't tow hardly anything with a 4in tear drop unless I put it all the way to back of the trailer . Heck most I can haul in the bed is a smallblock 350 lol
