Aftermarket Door Lock/Unlock Remote ?????

Are there any aftermarket door key fobs that will work with the factory system and have more range than the factory one. I nearly have to be sitting in my truck to get it to work, even with a new battery!!!

Mine is like that too, thought about trying the Ford Fusion key that has the fob built in, hopefully I can find one with only 3 buttons though.
