Also, did you end up running your trigger wire from the tow harness?
No I just ran it off the tail lights

I know it's only been about a month but are you still happy with the camera? Any issues with it? I have been thinking about buying one. But with so many choices it's hard to make an informed decision as to which one to buy.

I still like mine. It was well worth the money. But before you go to order it check on you owners manual to see if your monitor automatically reverse the image or if you need a camera that reverses the image

Just got my camera in today and will be installing it tomorrow. Anyone have anymore tips worth mentioning? Debating on where to draw power for the camera. Since I gotta run the RCA cable to the HU anyways and the cable has an extra red wire ran with it might just grab power under the dash somewhere instead of tapping the tow plug harness.

I have a problem with an install. I have a Pioneer AVH-1400DVD with the bypass done for the park gear. I have my power wire from the camera hooked up to the orange from the 7-pin and the ground from the camera to the white on the 7-pin. The reverse signal trigger is wired up to pin #13 black/pink. My head unit doesn't recognize the reverse trigger and just randomly switches to the reverse screen. Any help would be appreciated.

Could be a bad ground. Just ground the camera to the bumper or frame. Don't ground it to another ground. See if that helps. You also might want to re-check the connection to the reverse trigger. I know the first time i hooked mine up the wire wasn't all the way in and it didn't work.

Hope this helps
