Yeah I posted on your thread too!!!
I first tried a junkyard part that didn't work so I bought a new one with no luck so I returned it as defective and the replacement didn't work either so I'm thinking that the wiring or something else further towards the front is faulty.

Did you ever fix this issue? Were the front brakes the ones that seemed like the ABS was activated? Im having this same issue and no mechanics can seems to figure out whats wrong

Nope no fix yet!! Still trying to figure out if the wiring to the rear sensor is good. When I read codes it tells me that it is the rear so I haven't tested the fronts at all

I know this is an old post, but the sensor reading in Ohms for the rear is 800-3500 from the ford diagnostic manual. always use dielectic grease when reconnecting

mine has the same thing going on...I found that the abs module is bad. back probe the module to see if you have 5v going to the back. the wire colors are BLK/GRN and RD/BLK. if you have no voltage at all the module most likely is bad. you can also check for voltage at the connector in the rear. should be 5v. OHMs should be between 0 and 10,000..good luck mine was and is driving me nuts.
