no brake light with the ABS problem. Went to O’reileys and tried their scanner, shows the left front again so I am getting a warranty replacement today. I have a scanner that was high dollar in its day but obviously not helpful with ABS even though it has the DTC check. I will look into the OBD2 scanner.

Well, I am having the problem with both ABS and BRAKE lights staying on. Recently replaced the brakes, calipers, rotors, upper and lower control arms, brake sensors and a few other parts. Any one else have this issue with with the 07 truck? Any help would be greatly appreciated

I replaced the left sensor and no change. I’m pulling my hair out trying to figure this out

one is still for the front left speed sensor which I have changed twice now and the other is a B1596-20 that I haven’t looked into yet. It’s strange because the ABS light stays on, when the truck is cold the brakes ABS is active but after it warms up the brakes go back to normal with the light still on. As sudden as this happened I assumed it would be something obvious but everything looks fine and the old girl doesn’t leave the pavement.

Not highjacking thread but I have this issue. Brake and ABS light come on and stay on. I have a scanner that can read ABS but it shows nothing. Actually tried multiple scanners. No communication.

Following. 2007. Brake & ABS on. no problems with the truck, like cruise control or back up lights, all normal.

need to read the ABS DTC's, that will tell us what's going on. When the brake and ABS lights are lit, it could be an ABS module issue. Need the codes to verify this.
