Default 8.5 mpg on a 4.2 what is causing it

Ive got an 04 f150 heritage and ive noticed a massive loss in fuel mileage. my question is what is causing it? ive replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, pressure regulator, MAF sensor, throttle possioning sensor, EGR valve, DPMF sensor, idle control valve, intake gasket, plugs and wires and o2 sensors. there no codes and the truck is running fine and im at a complete loss as to what it could be. please help!
