Default 6in procomp tire question

so i used to have a 3in spacer, now i changed to a 6in procomp lift, i have 285/55/r22 nitto terra grapplers on.....2 of my tires are eaten really badly on the outside...so instead of getting the same tire i wanna change to a trail style and maybe do 37's? any advice? will i be able to do 37's?

im sure you can probabaly "fit" them, but as far as being able to really use that big of a tire might be a little more difficult. pro comp says that 35s is as big as you should go. im sure some of these guys who are more educated on this will tell you for sure.

I'm gonna say no they wont fit at all and actually be able to drive the thing. I had to do some minor trimming to get my 37's to not rub when I turn and thats on the 8" lift. I'm thinking you might wanna stick with 35's.

Well there you go, looks like they will fit after all. The 35s should fit great with no rubbing and you could probably wheel on it a little. The 37s your probably gonna have to be more careful because I was just saying on mine before I trimmed it sounded like I was gonna rip the front bumper off when I turned. Got it all trimmed up and Im good to go now!
