I had similar symptoms in my identical 2007 lariat screw 2 years back... ended up being my #4 COP, replaced them all, fixed mine. Let us Know ! GL

Hey all, quick update: so I brought my truck into the Ford dealership and had them run a diagnosis. Had all of my spark plugs replaced along with one of my coils which seemed to fix the misfire. Thanks to everyone who replied and helped me figure out this issue!

How was the change, did the dealer break any?

Thankfully the dealer didn't break any spark plugs during the swap. That being said I still feel like I overpaid for the job, but at least my truck runs well now!

that’s because you most likely did not need coils with only 83K miles on your truck. very expensive for OEM coils.. which hopefully they installed.

That may be. Luckily they only replaced one of the coils and yes they used oem parts.
