The plugs aren't hard, but the things you need to remove to do it are a pain. Just follow the TSB and use air tools. I changed my 05's plugs ate about 120K, and never had an issue.

it's just the PCM and bracket that you need to remove to gain access. What else did you remove?

Yeah, The PCM and bracket. Air intake tube as well.
