Also clean the MAF and throttle body, and check/replace the air filter. There is also an accelerator pedal relearn process that seems to help some people.

That plug change looks like it went pretty well, if you ask me.

I wouldn't start with the plugs, even though with how many miles she has it could be the problem. but, I had the same issue with bogging down or loss of power above 45 mph. I cleaned my MAF with proper cleaner & replaced my foam seal for the air filter.

I noticed my foam was half gone & once I replaced the foam with a rubber material & made sure it had a good seal. My issue has been gone for about a year now.

So yeah, plugs would be a smart thing to do but $5.00 for some rubber & 15 minutes of you time is far easier & cheaper thing to try. Or at least look at the foam seal as most people notice that its no longer there anyways.
Just my .02¢

Default She definitely needs those plugs out of there

We always advise baseline get spark circuit tip top first . Hers is beyond the pale . If it's not right nothing else is going to matter much .

I agree as i had the same symptoms but have a K and N. The boots and springs should help performance more than plugs.......should.
