5.4 3v Low frequency knocking noise when cold
I started my truck up today and for the first time I heard a knocking noise when it was cold. I didn't hear it on startup I only heard the exhaust manifold leak sound. Sound seemed to go away above 1200 rpm. It sounds like a symptom of a cam phaser but it wasn't warm. Any ideas?
