What has me thinkin' now, though, is this picture I found of a King Ranch the same color as mine with a Rize 8" lift. I drool over this truck. I might wind up just savin' up a chunk of change and go with this setup. http://gtcarlot.com/car/545697

I'll probably just get a leveling kit to hold me off for a while. But instead of 6", I'm thinkin' either 4" or 8". Big difference between the two, but they both look good.
That King Ranch is pure sex. AMAZING.

I believe those are 37" tires. Also 8" RIZE is like another $1000 over a 6" lift. Plus 37" tires vs 35" tires.

When I joined atom was "out" he was selling his F150 and going to chevy. I asked about the rancho kit and was told he had it. You may want to ask one of the members that were on when he was here but I am gonna sat it is a rancho 4" with rancho shocks and 35" Nitto mud grapplers on 20" rims. I have heard they run more like a 5" but I ain't sure. Maby someone that is running a rancho will speak up and tell us how much of a true " lift" they got. I want to know how many inches the front and rear bumper are off the ground with the 4" and 35s. I am gonna go with the 4" rancho, 35s and maby a AAL in the rear.

It's not the height of the lift that makes you regear. It's the tire size.. Most people with 6" lift have 35" tires and regear to 4.56 to get back to stock. But you can also stuff 35" tires on a truck with just a leveling kit....

If you go with a 8" RIZE lift. You can fit a 37" tire. 4.88 would be my choice for that.

After readin' this thread, droolin' over big trucks (especially that King Ranch I posted earlier), and doin' some more readin', I think I'm gonna wind up goin' with the 4" Rancho kit for my truck eventually and run 35" Nitto Trail Grapplers. I love big trucks, but I had to make myself think more practical. Never know when I'll have to use a parking garage, and I want to make sure my truck will fit.
