Yes and also the gears come with the break in instructions when you by them. Gears and programmer are the best things that I've even added to my truck I went with 4.56s. And an edge evolution.

Still running good since I put that stock intake on that I got from you. And I also did my plugs the other day. I'm getting an average of 13.5mpgs most of that is city driving. The rpms aren't to bad I'm running like 2300 at 75 mph I think. For some reason the app isn't letting me upload photos from my phone....?

2006 SuperCrew4x4. I'm running:
-4.56's (can't remember the brand but not Yukon or Motive),
-34.4" Bridgestone Dueller Revo II's on factory wheels and 1.5" spacers (had to trim the lugs and needed to add the spacers because the rear tire rubbed the e-brake line),
-Edge on transmission tune only and, of course, changed the speedo to match GPS MPH,
-modified air intake (removed restriction horn and added a straight piece of PVC),
-5w-30 in the winter and 10w40 in the summer,
-ProComp Prorunner SS shocks which gave me 2.75"'s of lift in the front and then I added 3" in the rear. Headlights point a little low but not significantly.
Truck runs like a truck now and I wouldn't change a thing plus it looks damn good and it's not so tall that the family cant get in the truck, except for my Mom. MPG is still close to when it was stock at ~15mpg hwy at 70mpg - if I don't use the cruise control which drops the mpg - although I rarely keep it at 70. It just doesn;t like running that slow on road trips for some reason. It runs better on the tow tune but the increase in fuel costs and slight reduction in MPG is not worth it to me so I just keep it at the stock tune level.
I get very slight rubbing in reverse on the passenger side fender well but that would go away if I got wheels and did away with the spacers. Not significant and doesn't bother me, not enough to drop the cash on some new wheels. Besides, I'm waiting on a great deal on some Raptor wheels which it appears I will be waiting a log time.
Hauled 3/4 of a cord in the bed - yeah, in a short bed - and was able to run in OD with no increase in tranny temps and the truck can do anything I want it to do now. Got to love gears. Fully loaded I was getting 14.5mpg coming home at speeds between 70-80. Driving across pastures to go to a buddy's "shooting range" is no problem.
My tuck runs ~2200 rpm's at 70.
Now, if I could get the mpg's up to the same mpg my 2007 Expy El gets (17-20 depending on driving conditions) I would be happy but then the Expy is 2wd. My Expy is also my tow rig so I can't comment on how the F150 tows with the gears.
