It means your motor is a 3 valve motor

3 vavles per cylinder I'm
Not sure what one has 2 but I'm guessing 2 exhaust vavles and one intake valve

It is 2 intake and one exhaust. The reason being is when your exhaust valve opens the piston is coming up and pushes the exhaust out. The intake is using vacuum from the piston going down to bring fuel in. That is why on a 2 valve per cylinder the intake is the larger valve.

Having two smaller intake valves Causes the intake charge to have a higher velocity usually engineered in a swirl pattern which helps to mix the gas charge more completely.

??? Or it's as simply as cramming more fuel and air into the cylinder by using another port/valve?

It means your spark plugs are going to get stuck in your heads if you dont change them on time. But yes the above is all correct... 2 intakes 1 exhaust.
