Default 3inch skyjacker lift, plus 2inch level cv boot drop kit.
Anyone know where you can get a cv boot drop kit for my 04 f150 4x4 cant find any. Please help. I will attach a picture of the cv angel.

Cam bolts. Your lower control arm needs to be moved outboard.

Default 3inch skyjacker lift, plus 2inch level cv boot drop kit.
I'd take out the level and stick with the 3" skyjacker lift until you can buy a full suspension lift.
