3inch lift killing my cv shafts. Need help
So I put a 3 inch skyjacker lift kit on my 2006 Ford F1 50 4 x 4. I also went with 34's for tires which added a Nother inch and a half to the height. Now my axles are on too much of a pitch and are tearing up the boots and I'm not sure what options I have to rectify this.

I'm guessing the lift on the front end is just a spacer/block on top of the coil? If it's the first time it's ripped, I would replace the CV shaft, but if it's happened multiple times, I would recommend going a different route on the front.
With these trucks, 2.5 inches of lift in the front is about the maximum before you start running into issues with tearing boots. I would consider swapping the front spacker/block you have for a 2.5 inch leveling kit, or else a strut replacement like a Rancho Quicklift that gives close to 2.5 inches of lift.
I run Rancho Quicklifts on my truck and run 34 inch tires. I've had the front lifted 2.5 inches for 70,000 miles, and have had zero issues with the boots ripping on the CV shaft.

Sounds more like a level than a lift. A true lift should keep your angles much closer to stock and not create a problem. I have a 4" BDS lift with 35s and have approx 85K on them with zero issues. During every tire rotation (last one was about a month ago) I inspect all my suspension components and don't even see/feel any real wear.

Agreed. Not a true lift. Take out the 3" spacer and go down to a 2 or 2.5" or get a real lift.
Those really are your only options.
And look at your UCA angle. Wow! That's not good either.

not sure if it's a leveling kit
The kit came with new front struts and rear blocks and rear shocks. That was about it. I think taking the ring out to make it 2.5 inches in the front it not going to make much of a difference with the pitch of the shafts. Looking to see if there are different cv shafts out there or drop the casing in the front line they do with Chevys. I know if I drop it to 2.5 I'm going to have a lot of rubbing also. And I have that already.

If you have 34" tires on a 4x4 you will not have any rubbing issue. As stated before 2" or 2.5" is max for a front end level kit.

Stock 4x4 truck with a 2" leveling kit can run 35" tires without rubbing.
