I'm sorry this is a SOHC 2V 4.6, have heads, timing cover, valve covers, gaskets. intake off of a mark viii. timing chain and gear kit. would have to do something with the fan maybe, but could probably run the clutch fan. i don"t see any reason it shouldn"t run... unless I'm missing something, any thoughts or suggestions would be awesome!

Cooling is easy. Drop efans in bad be done with it. Gonna need a custom tune. Possibly the pcm from the mark8. But even it will need tuning to operate your trans.

Changing a 4.6l 2v to a 4v is very easy. I've done it dozens of times. You will need heads, cams, timing chains, timing cover, you can use a cobra intake and modify the throttle cable, you will have to get custom made headers to fit an F150. If you have all the needed parts it can be done in a day without pulling the engine.
If same injectors and maf are used no need for a tune for it to run but a custom tune is recommended for peak performance. Stock PCM is fine.

im thinking 05 mustang gt throttle body just to retain the stock fly by wire. navigator dohc 5.4 manifolds, the plan as of right now is to just fire it off factory harness see it runs(kinda think it should, maybe not perfect but its a starting point)
