You should be very careful driving it with out a tune like you are... I wouldn't take it over like 2,500-3,000.. My hats off to you for doing it though! I'm hoping and planning to do a 5.4 2v swap and then mount a lightning upper intake and supercharger I'm glad I ran across this post now I know I can for sure use the 05-10 gt throttle body for it since it also utilizes the double blade TB...

If its that easy to do a 4v head swap. Would it be easy to swap my 4.6 2v heads with 4.6 3v heads from a mustang?

Thought about it but never looked into it, the one thing that worries me is vct control, or could you swap to 4.6 3v setup and use 5.4 3v pcm and wiring??

The reason I ask is because I just got everything needed to supercharge a 4.6 3v 2010 mustang (pulley injectors etc.) and want to put it on my f150 4.6 2v. Trying to make my truck fast but on a budget lol
