Default 305/55r20 with 20x10 rims too big?

Hey guys Im looking to run this tire and rim setup with a 2.5 inch leveling kit and was wondering if this will be too wide and rub. I hear different things for every truck but just wanted to make sure before i bought the tires. Thanks

There's a sticky on here if you haven't already looked at it

Yea i saw that but it didn't say anything about aftermarket rims that were 10 inches wide. It said that 33s or smaller would be needed for any rims other than the ones listed (up to 9in i believe) but i just wanted to make sure. You're talking about the sticky at the top of the 04-08 forum right?

Yea that's the one.. It's really tricky to figure out cause of the backspacing and offset and stuff

I wouldn't but someone else could and I'd post it in that sticky too the more places you post the more people will see it and help you out

That tire comes out to be a 33 so it may be able to work

I believe a member on here was running nitto mud graps in 33s with a 20x12 -24 offset rim with just a 2.5 level

I just looked up the offset of my rims and is says -24mm. Do u have any idea what that means? and given that is it possible to find out the backspacing or is that something completely different? Sorry for all of the questions by the way i just don't wanna drop 1200 on tires if they don't fit
