Looks better without the stripe, in my opinion. I think it looks cleaner.

Well if you plan to re-gear,then screw it,go for it man.Make your truck look better than all the chevy and dodges in your area. You will have one bad *** truck. You planning on doing this soon,or waiting till spring?Since you live in mi,dude IMO,just wait, save up the money, and do everything at once, cause to do all you want, will not be cheap.New 6inch lift,1500-2500 depending on what brand and what you order with it,re gearing at least 1000,and bigger tires,ya,just save it all up,lol.Just make sure to post pics. Now all you doing this all yourself,i mean installing it?Did you do the body lift yourself?

ha im here, well are you going to put a 6in. rize kit on? because rize doesn't make the 6in. anymore. now they make the 8 and 12. if you get the 8in. and you have a body lift and leveling kit then you can run 40's easily. but you would have to regear for them. here is a picture of my truck with a 6in. suspension and 3in. body lift.

I Have the lift already I bought a used rize industried lift for 1200 and powder coated it. I got the truck with the body lift and the fxt is some dealer added b.s. i took that off and made my own custom fx4 logos i should add a picture they resemble the 2010 fx4 logo. I am doing this in spring also because wheels and tires are going to cost a fortune and hoping the regear isnt going to be to bad i have friends who know more about that but I am doing the lift myself with a few friends and a hoist. ha

oh ok. i was just making sure you had a 6in. kit. in the title of the thread it says 3in. body leveling kit. do you have a leveling kit on there too? if you don't then when you put the 6in. kit on there the max tire size will be 38's but if you had a leveling kit you could fit 40's. there are a couple guys on f150online with 40s with that set up.

oh and thanks Flea
