2wd lift

Put a 2" level on a 2wd and it is the height of a stock 4X4 in the front, hence why a stock 4X4 can fit 33s safely and a 2wd with a 2" level can.

Agreed on the re gear, but a proper suspension lift doesn't add any stress; however the easier (and cheaper) route would be to do a small susp. Lift with a small body to get the same look
. A susp. Lift that allows for 35's (properly) is quite pricey
You guys all make me laugh. YES you can put 35's on a 2wd with only a leveling kit still have room to flex. I have a 3" front 2" rear Rough Country level and I'm running 35/12.50/17 Mickey Thompson Baja MTZ's. Yes you will have to trim a little. Nothing visually noticeable to anyone but you. And I would like to add that I've been running the 3" for two years and no front end damage. Quit giving advice on what you guys have heard through the grapevine and not actually experienced. Thank you FORD for building us a real truck, the days of 35's without a susp lift are over. Sorry CHEVY, you're still scratchin your head on that one. We can run them all day!
