295-60 -r20 trail grapplers
I'm planning on putting nitto trail grapplers in my truck. It has a 2 inch level, would I have any trouble clearing this size tire? I believe it's diameter is like 34.5 and 12 inches wide.

I have a set of 305/65/18 BFGoodrich All-Terrain KO tires on my truck with a 2 inch leveling kit and I have no trouble with rubbing. You should be fine with the 295's. Especially if it's the all-terrain nitto's

You may need to trim the inner fender well with such a setup. Companies like Rancho stress the correct wheel specs [offset/backspacing] in order to achieve proper fitment. If you're keeping the same wheels, then get a wood peg and wedge it into the tread of your current tires; making sure the peg sticks up (above) the tread by the increase in tire size. You can test the inner and outter clearance by moving the peg. Turn your tires to full lock [left or right] and see if the peg hits anywhere. Just keep in mind that increasing tire size by 2" requires 1" in additional clearance.
It also makes a difference in what lift you have; whether providing a true 2" in front height increase or more/less. I've been lifting my trucks/Jeeps since I was 16 and I find that many an advertised lift doesn't measure (above stock) as advertised; especially once the suspension has settled.
Most important - do you plan to wheel your truck? If so, you are going to rub with 34s/35s and a 2" kit. Should be fine for street duty, but clearance will be at a minimum on even so much as a fire trail.

I personally think it will look better with 33's without a suspension lift. I'd also run as close to stock backspacing as you can. 33/12.5/18 Toyo's would be a good choice.

You will be good with the right back spacing on your wheels..close to stock...4.5-5.5
