2008 XLT suspension
I currently have an 08 XLT super cab 4x4 with leveling spacers in the front nd blocks in the rear running 34 inch tires. Brother in law has same set up on his 08 FX4 and we've noticed that my front suspension is pretty much maxed out where his isn't. Every place says there is no difference in the parts but obviously there is. At this point the alignment shop can't even get all the camber out of mine and I'm replacing parts constantly. Any suggestions.

Are both 4wd?
otherwise, you guys definitely have different sized spacers up front. With out pics of both of your front suspension setups, we can only guess.
If you have a 3” spacer up front, those are just too big for these trucks and put the suspension geometry way beyond where it’s supposed to be.

That looks like at least a 2.5" spacer..

options other than pulling spacer out and putting different ones in, was told they were 2" by previous owner and company that put it all together. I already rub the inner wells in tight corners so don't really want to put smaller spacers in

Those are 2.5” or 3”. That’s not a 2” spacer. A true 4” lift would probably be your best choice. You don’t have many options.

Wheel spacers.. not sure what wheels and tires you are running. I can see you have room between the tires and control arms still.
