Using quotations around 2008 f150 would be a better search because what you put would bring up everything in 2008 that had cam and/or phaser in it. This is how I would search for it: "2008 f150" cam phaser site:f150forum.com
Using the quotes makes it so that exact phrase, 2008 f150, has to be come up as well as cam and/or phaser. This brings the search to about 140. Hope that helps.
