I have a 2008 F150 with steel wheels and from reading here I assume it has band style TPMS sensors. I would like to change to OEM alloy wheels and probably later model ones. Will the later model TPMS sensors "talk" to my truck and can I use the lug nuts from the steel wheels on the OEM alloy wheels?

The later model oem sensors will not work. You can reuse your band style, or get aftermarket valvestem style.

I'm not sure about the lug nuts.
