Default 2007 king ranch opinions

Hello all, I haven't been on for awhile. Need some advice from the many who know more about these than me! I am looking at a 2007 King Ranch supercrew 4x4 flex fuel 5.4 and just want to know if these are good trucks? It has kinda high miles at 160k and has had 3 owners, but the history report looks good and it's at a new car dealership(a ford one). I'm trying to decide with that mileage should I even consider it? Do these thing have all the problems the earlier ones do(I had an 05 lariat 4x4 which rattled like a deisel once warmed up, which I know meant bad cam phasers)? Is the "flex fuel" better, or worse.....than the crappy engine that was in my 05? I gotta admit, the 05 I had scared me.....but I know there are good ones and crappy ones in all of them.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I haven't been to see it yet, just found the online listing yesterday. I just wonder if well over 100k would it even be worth considering? I have never owned a flex fuel before..... Just wanted to ask the Ford folks on here if it's even worth going to look at? How long do these engines hold together? Most of the maintenance has been at Ford dealerships according to the carfax. Though I see no evidence of plug change, that would be a must before I'd buy it....... I know about the plug nightmare from the advice on here with the 05 I had!

I have an 03 King Ranch 5.4 with 175k on it , I'm the 3rd owner and I love it . Runs perfect , lot of power , rides smooth . I like the smoother body style was never a fan of the tonka truck .
