Update:
To Recap:
Earlier (in order) I've:
  1. Changed the plugs (After market)
  2. 2 VCT solenoids
  3. New gasket set
  4. Selonoids
  5. Changed the Oil to heavier weight (I'm told to go back to 5w-30)
  6. Replaced both Motor Mounts and the Trans Mount
Since then I:
  1. Re-replaced the spark plugs using the Motor Craft SP 515's Torqued to Spec
  2. I replaced all 8 Coils (they were $300)
  3. Clean throttle body and Maf sensor with proper cleaners
Mechanic did the last three.

Still running rough, at idle and low RPM, still misfiring on passenger side.
Good compression, no sludge...I don't get it.
I haven't done the fuel filter replacement which was suggested. Any other suggestions?

If the CEL is on, what codes are you getting?

It might be an injector. Ohm them out, I've found that mine all came back with 11.5 ohms with a slight variance. Also replace the fuel filter and check the fpdm. Mine has a rough idle but your lucky that yours sets a CEL.

The mechanic needs to run it and recheck. I'll have in the AM. Thanks so much.

Fuel Filter was good. Fuel Injectors were A-OK. Mechanic thought it may be the catalytic converters, he noticed exhaust issues. They were clogged the first one completely, they're taking the second one off now. I've read on a different thread that this can cause misfiring. Below is what came out of the first one.
Crossing my fingers that this is it.
