Default 2007 f150 4.6 stuck in 4hi

My truck is stuck in 4hi. Was in 2w with no issues turned it into 4hi and would not come back out. Light for 4hi is lite on dash and hubs are in 4w. Checked lines and replaced vacuum solenoid. New Vacuum solenoid does not have vacuum coming from post that runs to iwes. Check all fuses in line with the 4wd and no issues. Is a common electronic short for these models? Or are brand new doorman solenoids being junk common?

Vent lines are clear. Is there a way to test the t case shift motor?

Will it go into 4 low? If so then I'd say the motor is working.

Won't shift into 4 low either. Tested new vacuum n it's not sucking out from the I we lines with only the control vent plugged. If the transfer case switch is bad will it cause the vacuum solenoid not to work as well?

No, the transfer and vacuum have independent system.

Plug the IWE vacuum hose directly at engine vacuum, you will make the front axle free, if not, you have a vacuum leak.

For the motor in transfer case, if not engagge in 4Lo, you need maintance or new motor

Tapped the TC switch and ran through the das switch and finally got it to come out. Will switch out motor so no more problems. Thanks for the input everyone
