Angry 2007 F150 4.2 new power steering pumps replaced 3 times

All 3 brand new pumps same noise with tappet like sound clicking immediately after installation. New serpentine also. Are they manufactured in China nowadays? No failed bearing noises. No oil leaks. Flushed twice with fresh oil.
Should I try a 4th pump? HELP

My repair facility is government approved that honors 1 year parts & labor. My f150 just turned over 60,000 km or38k. Original pump was getting noisier the last 2k's. The garage installed a re-man pump which got noisy (clicking) after 10 months or 3,000 miles. The garage installed 2 brand new pumps within 1 week of each other which were noisy leaving the garage. They flushed the system twice & new serpentine belt installed. I have no idea who supplies these pumps. Not Mastercraft brand

Not Motorcraft. Rebuilt was billed to me at $137.43 plus labor and taxes.
The last 2 were brand new pumps @$198.65 each. Mechanic told me Motorcraft
wanted double the price.

I think you meant motorcraft not mastercraft. Get an OEM Ford Motorcraft PS pump in there. They're probably putting aftermarket junk pumps in the truck.

These trucks can be really picky when using cheap aftermarket parts. Really, try OEM.

Dorman pumps? I like when people buy cheap junk parts then complain when they dont work like OEM parts.
