I needed a bigger pry bar!

I couldn't get the steering knuckle high enough to connect the upper ball joint/control arm. I put a jack under the lower control arm and lifted it, and it lifted the truck clean off the jack stands and still couldn't reach.





What I found was that you had to push the upper control arm down way beyond what looked reasonable in order to do it, so I got a bigger pry bar and - viola!





It just looks wrong, but once the entire weight of the truck is on the front end, the control arm & steering knuckle has clearance from the strut springs.

That's quite the angle. What size level did you put on there?
