i am new to this article on tire sizes.
i have 2006 ford 150 xtd cab 4x4 and wondered whats the biggest wheel size and tires can i put on my truck without putting on a lift kit. i want aftermarket wheels. stock wheels are 17 in. x 7.5. little beefy but nothing that i will have trouble with rubbing etc. i would like to put on 33's. thanks.

you could put 33's on your stock wheels and not rub but you might need a 2in. leveling kit which is only about $70 to fit them on most aftermarket wheels.

ive got 35s on mine without a leveling kit and they rub a little im sure with a kit you could fit em just fine
