Does anybody know can I use a block from a 08 mustang gt 4.6L in my 06 f150 4.6L?

Shouldn't be an issue if you are just using the block.

I believe the heads and cam profiles are different. Your truck ECM wouldn't like a whole engine if I'm thinking correctly. Why do you want one from a Mustang? Or is it just a good one that you can find?

its possibly a good one i can find and just want more horse and torque than stock. Want to make my truck a 1/1 build

It should be cheaper and easier to swap to a 5.4 3v and a good 93 tune. VS trying to swap to mustang motor.
