The factory rating is 14/19 MPG. It's not unreasonable to try and get factory MPG.

never heard of 5.4 getting 14 city and 19 highway regardless of what sticker says I get 10-11 city 13-14 highway and that’s going easy on the pedal

Nobody gets "Factory" numbers. The difference is real world driving vs ideal perfect test driving. Go drive 50 mph, no more, no less, in a straight line with no turns, stops, no wind resistance, new perfectly aired tires, fresh oil change, fresh gear oil, new bearings, hand calculated MPG, and the list goes on and you might get close to those ideal factory numbers. There are TOO many variables between real and ideal driving that it's nearly impossible to consistently get those ideal numbers. Vehicle manufactures want the MPGs to look as great as they can on that sticker so the vehicle is more appealing to the consumer. As I said earlier do a full tune up and you'll get as close as you can to those numbers.

When accelerating or cruising. Like do you accelerate into the 2500's thru each gear for example or keep it pegged at 2k? With cruising I know it depends on speed.
