Afraid not... with only 87K miles on her you may get lucky.

I'd also do a timing job and if you have the Triton change the cam phasers. Change all the fluids including the rear end, of course if you have not already. I'd also take a hard look at the hoses, ball joints etc.

Before spending another dime on fancy looking doo-dads... maintenance before mods every day and twice on Sundays. These trucks are maintenance intensive, and aren't too forgiving for lack thereof. Plugs, boots, 4wd solenoid, IWEs, timing (if making noise, or at the very least VCT solenoids, full gamut of fluid changes (literally every fluid in the truck), leaking 3rd brake light that'll rot the cab corners, FPDM....
