I have an 05 with an 8 inch BDS lift and 3 inch body.. I have 17X9 with 4.5 inch backspacing and nothing rubs.. My old rims where 17X8.5 but had 5.75 backspacing and the tie rod scratched the inside of the rim about 1/4 inch in..I run 40X13.5 tires btw.. I hope this helps you a little.

BDS will recommend a wheel offset and back spacing for you..

BDS was saying to do 5"-5.5" of backspacing because it will look best but from everyone I see running that it is too close to stock for me...So just wondering if anyone is running a 20x9 with 35x12.5s with 4.5" backspacing on a 6" lift...I would think running less backspace would open things up as far as clearance goes because everybody I talk to says offset and bs are the same so a -12offset should be same as 4.5" of BS right?

I went them to stick out about like this...This guy is running 35s with 6" and 4.5"bs

And would 20x10 with 5.5" of backspace give me the same look?

I do think the above pic is just a little far out, so I am going to go with the 20x9s with 5" of backspace to bring it in 1/2" and that should be just right...
