Default 2005 ford f150 5.4l 4x4 problem pls help

hey guys looking for some help I have a 2005 ford f150 5.4l 4x4 my problem is the truck isn't starting but sometimes it does but doesn't run long at all. the truck rolls over no problem but wont start. ive had a lot of work done to this truck those things include phasers , cam shaft sensors, o2 sensors, converter, coils brand new Ford spark plugs, always had oil changed had the wiring redone and it all looks good. one thing I know for sure that I have to change is the passenger side exhaust manifold could this be a major problem as to why my truck doesn't wanna stay running? my friend is a mechanic and he said that no but id like some more thoughts he just said it should still run even if it had the manifold completely off.

I have scanned the truck and am getting code p0191 I have checked all the wiring around an connected in that general area and everything looks good. any thoughts? also is there a way I can check fuel pressure on my truck.

ANY help I would greatly appreciate thank you!!!

Check into the fuel rail pressure sensor, should be mounted near the spare tire. I have seen a lot of guys needing to replace this unit before, gets corroded and falls apart.

I checked mine and it's corroded pretty badly how much are they roughly? Would this cause the truck to not start ?

They are about $50ish on amazon but that's for Dorman and I don't know about their quality. The others are about $80-$90 and yes it absolutely will cause your truck not to start.
