Did you perform the proper TB relearn procedure? If not, it's entirely possible the PCM is still working off old stored values.

Default This sort of happened to me years ago

I did clean the TB and change out the tps . No luck it would still intermittently shut down .I put a new TB with the newer mod number on it as the advice at the time there was a series of bad TB around that year .No more problems since . I did have the bad series number that was marked on TB and replaced it with brand new OEM .I think the defective no started with a 3 and the new was an 8. I don't know about any further revs after that .
Maybe you should clean all PCM connectors with contact cleaners and inspect harness . I would also spray pcm connector pins . Are all TB connectors locking on and no lube in them .
Reporting these problems with giving us the exact codes makes us rely on your interpretation so we can't back you up .
The gas pedal puts a signal into the pcm ,the pcm gives a signal to the TB ,the tps gives feed back to the pcm . Any mismatch and it shuts down as it should .
Is this a brand new TB --OEM.

It is a brand new throttle body bought from napa put it on close to a year ago I reset the codes and started it let it idle for 10 minutes for the pcm to relearn position. I pulled the codes last nite they are p060,p0171,2104,2106,2111,2112,2135,and2272.

All those codes cover too wide an unrelated range. O2 sensor heater resistance / lean and/or O2 sensors on both banks / accelerator pedal and throttle position / throttle plate stuce OPEN & CLOSED !!!

Is there ANY reason to suspect multiple electrical connections? Like engine bay washing or high water operation? Before suspecting something more extensive (like PCM), I would suggest get a good spray contact cleaner - disconnect battery - and work my way around lots of harness connections/connectors, including those ON the Throttle body and the PCM. Spray clean them then plug and un-plug them numerous times trying to 'burnish' the contacts. Then Re-seat them good, reconnect battery and go through a COMPLETE RELEARN process - not just let idle for 10 minutes.

Well **** now it's anyone's guess.

By the way you'd need to disconnect the negative and then jumper the cable to the positive terminal to clear memory and capacitors prior to the key on engine off for 10 seconds, 10 minute idle relearn. To do it 100% properly.

so this is not an OEM TB . And a lot of codes due to a modified exhaust .I don't know what you did with the 02 sensors are they unplugged . They are very important a s the PCM trys to adjust the fuel pulse width from them .But still doesn't account for stuck throttle plate that will result in a shutdown . Clean your connectors to TB .maybe a bad gasket causing loose connection . What gen is this throttle body ?? I hear there are 3.
F150 T has good advise .
Jojodapyro may have further info on GEN 3.

GE 1 sensor is very rounded. Like a crocodile head. Gen 2 has an A shaped top. Gen 3 is completely square. If the sensor has any angle to the housing it isn't a gen 3. I just replaced my gen 2 for $60. That is a Ford sensor bought off of Amazon.
