i mostly ride highway (60mph), stock 18'' tires, tono cover installed, no brutal acceleration... very normal ride... o/d on when i reach my coast speed... is any part on that truck can increase my mpg ? or is any part should be change (spark plugs, fuel filter...) in order to gain some MPG ?

Lucky Number 7
I would clean the throttle body, seafoam in the tank and vaccuum line (search the forum) and replace air filter with a K&N. Change the fuel filter and oil/oil filter after 300-500 miles after seafoam and TB cleaning...

i average 15.5 mpg in mine. Ethanol will change your results as well. I have a gas station near me that does not buy ethanol gas, so i run that through, which has helped. I also run seafoam through it. I put a can through the gas tank last week. and will put a can into the oil crankcase right before an oil change to clean all the skunk out.

fuel filter should be done every 30,000 miles or 2 years, if your truck has 48k and its stock your way past due.
easiest ways to pick up a couple mpg's is keep rpms under 2000, make sure the truck is maintained (i.e. clean filters and fresh oil), and make sure your tires are fully inflated. many tires can look full but be as low as 20psi before showing they are low so check your tires monthly.
since your already doing the intake, id get a tuner next. if you can keep your foot out of the throttle, youll see a decent improvement. exhaust will help too.
also make sure you truck isnt full of crap you dont need. if the bed or back seat is full of stuff you dont need every day, take it out.

I got over 18 my last tank and that is up from 15 average over the past year. I installed an Edge EVO and did the Gotts Mod. I ran a tank on Level 3 and got 17+ before the Gotts and a tank on Level 2 got the 18+ after the Gotts. Now I am back on Level 3 for this tank to see if I can get even better. I have a stock 2005 4.6L 4X4 SCAB with 62K on it. I only got 19 with my Explorer 6 cylinder so I will take 18 or even 15 since I have way more power and room. The Edge really gives it some pep so I have to be careful and keep my foot out of it.
