When I went to 4wheelparts, they told me there is a price limit that the company sets out that won't let anyone sell it for less than a certain amount. If you want a brand new one, your probably going to pay the same price just about anywhere you get it. I think it just depends on the install which will help keep the price low.

according to what im reading they will not void your warrenty. but then again every dealership has there own little set of rules.
