Default 2005 4.6l dipstick tube problem

So my dipstick was seized up somehow. I tried to pull it and the yellow ring ripped right off. I looked closer and my dipstick tube appears to be 80% sheared off. Any ideas on how to replace the tube? Thanks In advance!

crawl under there, there should be a bracket holding it, other than that it just takes some muscle to pop it out of the transmission, be careful with that oring seal tho if new one doesn't have it, then you can pull it all out and replace. Its a pain just like everything else in this truck lol

Oil or transmission dipstick? As the above post mentions, there should be a bracket welded to the dipstick tube that bolts to the engine block. Remove it, and the tube and broken stick should come out buy pulling upward on the tube.
