After reading the everyone's post, I started checking the torque on all the parts again. In the process of confirming all the torque specs, I found the sway bar linkage was broken. As in no longer attached to the right side. I knew I should have replaced the linkage also. I will replace the linkage on both sides tonight and see how this goes. Do I need to let the truck settle before getting it aligned? I was going to get the truck aligned today but saw it was not level last night so I post phoned the alignment.

Thank you to everyone for your help. I installed new sway bar linkages and the truck is now sitting level. I believe the truck looks a lot better with the new quick lift shocks. I just hope the camber can be adjusted enough to get it in spec.

The truck should be even whitout the sway bar attached.

Part of the linkage was wedged pushing the lower control arm down and the sway bar up.
