Default 2004 uneven front left to right after strut change

I have a 2004 F150 2 wheel drive crewcab 104,000 miles. I replaced the old struts with Rancho quick lift struts. I also replaced the upper and lower ball joints and the outer tie rod ends while a had everything apart. I now noticed the truck is +1 inch lower on the left compared to the right. It is very noticeable look at the front of the truck. Do struts settle uneven sometimes or is there another cause? Thank you for your help.

I have the rancho quick lifts and they were both even on each side. If anything they feel really high at first but then settle. You might want to make sure the low one doesn't have to be tweaked in some way. I had mine installed so I don't know if you had to loosen something up before you installed it. Call rancho they are very helpful if you have any questions

Only think I can suggest is to make sure the settings are the same on the quicklift.

I measured the length of the spring on the strut just now. The left was 1.5 inches shorter than the right. Tire pressure is equal and both struts are adjusted to 5 on the adjustment ****.

I did mine myself and didn't have any issues. If the one is shorter just call rancho, I don't see a reason why they wouldn't get you a new one pretty quick

You are supposed to let the truck down to put your final torque on the UCA's and the lower strut bolts, torquing them while lifted up or lifted unevenly can give you an uneven stance

Thats makes sense as well. When i did mine i just got all of the bolts some what close, then lowered it and torqued everything to specs. No issues so far

Broken coil spring!

Torquing while the wheel been in the air can explain a 1/4" uneveness...but not a 1"+ one!

They're brand new, broken out of the box? The OP could swap the sides and see if the problem follows...
