Default 2004 STX Flareside Fuel door
The damned door for the gas fill has a broken latch. Any suggestions besides duct tape?

Did a quick search, didn't find anything.

a friend of mine has the same truck, not sure if it's the same year though and it has the same problem, the door wont stay shut. All I can think is replace the latch

there is no latch, only a spring.

i have a billet gas door. . .i took the spring off mine and it stays shut. . .it's a pain to get open though.
